- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Risk of Loss
- Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.
- Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If items are damaged in transit, contact us immediately.
- Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
Returns & Refunds Policy

- We accept returns for most non-perishable products within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Plants, seeds, or other live products are not eligible for return due to their perishable nature, unless damaged upon arrival.
- Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible if an item is defective or damaged during delivery.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and details of the issue.
- Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
