Are all JFH products available online?
All products are available online, however some products are restricted and can only be purchased by those with credit accounts, such items include knives and secateurs.
I have registered online but cannot order on my credit account?
Please email email@example.com or contact us on 01270 212 726 and we will ensure your credit account is linked to your online account.
An item or items is missing from my order
We ensure to always dispatch orders in full and contact you if this is not possible. If you have not received your full order as expected, please contact us within 3 working days on 01270 212 726 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have received the incorrect item or a faulty item
On the rare occasion you may receive the incorrect item please contact us within 3 working days so we can ensure that this is rectified. Please contact the team on 01270 212 726. JFH will organise collection of any incorrect or faulty items.
I would like to return an item
Please notify JFH Horticultural with 14 days of receipt of the item or items. Returns will not be accepted after this time period. Items will need to be returned to JFH Horticultural Supplies Ltd, Unit 2, Lower Complex, Lodge Road, Sandbach, Cheshire, CW11 3HP. All goods will be inspected on return to us and we reserve the right to deduct charges for any item that is not returned to us in the condition that it was dispatched.
I cannot access my account / I am not receiving a password reset email
Please check your ‘junk’ mail for your password reset email alternatively please email email@example.com or contact us on 01270 212 726 and we will rectify this.
How do I change my shipping or billing address?
Once registered, selected Address book within the account dashboard and add an additional address, either select default billing or default shipping address.
How do I unsubscribe from JFH newsletters?
Please log onto your account and select Newsletter subscriptions within the account dashboard and deselect. Alternatively, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make this request.
